Nationwide medical shops inspection begins

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 24: The Ministry of Health and Population began the nationwide inspection of the medical shops on Monday.
After receiving complaints regarding the operation of medical shops against the guidelines Ministry began the nationwide inspection.
Ministry inspected the medical shops in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur.
Senior Public Health Officer at the Ministry Ravi Kant Mishra said that during the inspection medicines without registration in the Department of Drug Administration were also found to have selling in the medical shop.
