Order to produce Secretary Raut in court within 24 hours

Kathmandu, July 13 :  The Supreme Court has ordered the concerned authority to produce Communications Secretary Krishna Bahadur Raut, who was arrested in the Lalita Niwas land grab scam, before the court within 24 hours.     

A single bench of Judge Til Prasad Shrestha passed the order following the preliminary hearing on the writ petition filed by Usha Karki on behalf of Secretary Raut.  (RSS)
