Free health checkup for women entrepreneurs held

By Siraj Khan, Nepalgunj, Feb 16: Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Santha (Poor Upliftment Microfinance Institutions) organized free health checkup for women entrepreneurs in Kohalpur, Banke for two days. 

Various kinds of health checkups including checking women's uterus were conducted in Sanjibani Health Institute, Kohalpur. 

Prominent doctors including Dr. Indrajeet Ghosh, Dr Ram Bista, physician Dr Shyam B.k and Dr Devendra Acharya checked up women entrepreneurs' health.

Kohalpur area administration chief of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Limited, Bishnu Bahadur Kunwar said that 300 women are expected to take advantage of the health camp.  

Chef executive office of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Limited Janardan Dev Pant inaugurated the program.

Speaking to the event, he said that microfinance has been organizing health checkup such programs often because good health is vital for the success of entrepreneurs.
