Nepali Samaj Germany and Nepal German Academic Association sign MoU for collaborations

By A Staff Reporter, Kathmandu, Jan. 10: Nepali Samaj Germany and Nepal German Academic Association (NEGAAS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Kathmandu to collaborate on projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.

The partnership aims to facilitate knowledge exchange, empower community members, and foster joint initiatives between Nepal and Germany.

According to the press statement issued jointly by the two organisations after the MoU signing on Wednesday, this partnership reflects a shared vision of building bridges between the two countries, enriching lives through education, culture, and professional opportunities.

“This collaboration is more than just a professional agreement; it’s a heartfelt commitment to connect communities and nurture talent. Together with Nepali Samaj Germany, we look forward to creating meaningful opportunities that inspire growth and learning for everyone involved,” said Dr. Babita Paudel, President of the Nepal German Academic Association.

President of  Nepali Samaj Germany Er. Shiva Adhikari said, “Our partnership with NEGAAS stems from a shared passion for uplifting individuals and building stronger communities. This MOU reflects our dedication to supporting scholars, professionals, and cultural enthusiasts in achieving their dreams while staying connected to their roots.”

The MOU is effective immediately and will be periodically reviewed by a joint committee formed by mutual agreement of both organizations. This MOU serves as a cornerstone for future collaboration and mutual growth.

Both NEGAAS and Nepali Samaj Germany invite members, stakeholders, and supporters to join them in advancing their shared vision of global collaboration and sustainable development. This partnership represents not just an agreement but a shared journey of discovery, empowerment, and unity.
