Kathmandu, July 22: Kabaddi 4: The Final Match actress Miruna Magar has won the Brunel Gold Award for completing her Master’s degree from London’s Brunel University. She shared her happiness through Instagram.
She wrote on social networking site Instagram, “What a rollercoaster ride it has been….Super proud of myself for completing Master’s degree with Merit and also receiving the Brunel+ Gold Award despite numerous hurdles and managing time to shoot an entire movie in between! All the sleepless nights, multiple lockdown blues and countless breakdowns have finally paid off! I cannot thank my family and friends enough for always supporting and motivating me when I needed it the most. Blessed and grateful to have them in my life!”
She has studied Children, Youth and International Development.
Miruna has done about half a dozen films, including the hit film ‘Kabaddi-4’.
Her Kabaddi-4 has celebrated its 51st day of theatrical release. The film earned around Rs. 250million and set a record for the highest grossing film in the history of Nepali films.
This year, with the success of Kabaddi- 4, she was also drawn into controversy after she accused Phurba Lama of touching her with bad intention.
