Ex-PMs Nepal, Khanal; former Speakers Mahara, Gharti vote in local elections

Kathmandu, May 13 ( RSS): CPN (Unified Socialist) Chair and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal today visited the Ramjanaki Kanya Basic School polling centre (A) in Gaur municipality-1, Rautahat to take part in the voting under the local level elections.    

Talking to the media following the election, he urged voters to exercise their right to choose their electorates confidently.

Likewise, former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal also voted in the election from the National Basic School-based polling centre at Karfok of Suryadaya municipality-9 in Ilam.    

Former Speaker Onsari Gharti and Maoist leader Barshaman Pun also exercised their franchise from the Uday Secondary School in Rolpa municipality-7.
