NCP Coordinator Prachanda continues to lead in votes in Rukum East
So far, the counting of 10,921 ballots from ward no 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 of Sisne rural municipality and nine other wards of Bhume rural municipality has been completed. Among them, 297 were invalid.
RSP's Neupane elected HoR member from Kathmandu-1 constituency
Chief Election Officer Churaman Khadka said that 30-year-old Neupane was elected, surpassing her closest competitor Nepali Congress's candidate Prabal Thapa Chhetri by a margin of 9,091 votes.
NC's Gauchan elected HoR member from Mustang
According to the Office of the Election Officer in Mustang, Gauchan defeated his closest rival Indradhar Dhandu Bista of the CPN (UML) by a margin of 1,504 votes. Bista received 1,803 votes.
Of 94, RSP leading in 70 constituencies in vote count
According to the Election Commission, of the 94 Constituencies where the vote count is going on, RSP has led in 70 constituencies while Nepali Congress, CPN (UML) and Nepali Communist Party (NCP) are trailing it with lead in 6 constituencies.

Party candidate Rajunath Pandey has secured 2,960 votes while Kulman Ghising of Ujyalo Nepal Party has obtained 2,706 followed by 1,011 obtained by Ramesh Aryal of the Nepali Congress( NC).

The vote counting under the House of Representatives (HoR) elections- 2026 has commenced in Rasuwa. According to the vote tally so far, Nepali Congress (NC) candidate Mohan Acharya is leading with 689 votes, according to the Election Officer's Office. Similarly, Basant Bhatta of the Rastriya Swatantra Party has obtained 538 votes, and Prem Tamang of CPN (UML) has secured 235 votes
