APF Chief Aryal presents ‘IG Commendations’

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Mar. 23: Inspector General of the Armed Police Force (APF), Raju Aryal, has conferred the ‘IG APF Commendation’ on individuals who have made exemplary contributions across various fields and sectors.

The awards were presented during a special ceremony on Sunday, marking the 25th Armed Police Day-2082. Recipients included Chief District Officer of Banke, Dilkumar Tamang, renowned singer Deepak Limbu, and famous mountaineer Tashi Lakpa Sherpa.

Inspector General Aryal congratulated the awardees and expressed hope that they would continue to make outstanding contributions to the nation and the organisation in the future, according to the APF Headquarters. 

After receiving the honour, singer Deepak Limbu expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the APF, saying the recognition had motivated him and brought him great joy.

The ceremony was attended by Additional Inspector Generals (AIGs) Narayan Datta Paudel and Banshiraj Dahal, along with other senior officials of the Armed Police Force Nepal.
