By Jibacch Yadav, Lahan, Dec 25: Finance Minister Rameshore Prasad Khanal has said that the economy will get back into track after the election to be held on March 5.
Speaking on the occasion of a land transfer programme of Ram Kumar Sharda Uma Prasad Murarka Provincial Hospital in Lahan, Minister Khanal said that there is effort to implement the allocated budget. He said the economic growth will get expedited only after election although a significant work is going forward.
The Finance Minister expected that the government to be formed after the HoR poll will be under the leadership of those seeking change so as to address the demand of Gen-Z as there is a necessity of rule of law, up-gradation in process and change in conduct.
He said that the initiative will be taken to operate trauma center of the hospital from the budget of the Ministry of Health, and Madhesh Province government, as additional budget cannot be provided due to fixed allocation of budget of this fiscal year.
Chief Minister of Madhesh Province Krishna Prasad Yadav said that there are difficulties in making progress in development work in the education, health, agriculture and tourism as Madhesh Province lacks sufficient budget in accordance with its population.
Chair of federation of commerce and industry of Lahan district, Bikash Sarda, submitted a memorandum demanding the security of industrialists and businessmen to the Finance Minister during the programme.
