Court orders release of Lamichhane

By Chhabilal Pande, Butwal, Dec 18: The Butwal high court has ordered to release Ravi Lamichhane on bail of Rs. 26.8 million.
A joint bench of judges Basudev Acharya and Tej Narayan Paudel made the
verdict to release Lamichhane hearing on the application submitted by Lamichhane for getting released from the
custody on bail, according to Ram Bahadur Kuwar, information officer of the
high court.
Lamichhane has been in the custody on charges of misusing the fund of
the Butwal based Suprim Cooperatives.
