Kageshwori Manohara Ward-7 Chair Thapa passes away
Late Bhimsen Thapa of Kageshwori Manohara Municipality-7.
Kathmandu, Dec 5: Bhimsen Thapa, ward chair of Kageshwori-Manohara-7, has passed away.
Thapa was undergoing treatment at the Nepal Cancer Hospital in Harisiddhi and died in the course of treatment on Thursday, according to Purushottam Subedi, Chief Administrative Officer of the Kageshwori Manohara Municipality.
Following his demise, the municipality issued a condolence notice and declared a public holiday today for all ward offices, institutional and community schools, Ayurveda centers, and health institutions under its jurisdiction, except for essential services.
