Two Indian national held with Rs 2.8 million of undisclosed source

By Avinash Chaudhary, Dhangadhi, Nov.3: District Police Office, Kailali, has arrested two Indian nationals with more than 2.8 million rupees in cash,  the source of which has not been verified.

A police team from the District Police Office under the command of Sub Inspector Police Gajendra Bahadur Chand arrested them from Milan Chowk, Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-3, with Rs 2, 834,000. 

Those arrested have been identified as Sagar Gupta, aged 29, and Harachit Gupta, aged 27, from Paliya in Lakhimpur Khiri, India.

They had come in a car with registration number UP 31 CN 1175.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajkumar Singh, spokesperson of the District Police Office, said that they were arrested based on special information.

He said that both the arrested persons have been taken into custody, and an investigation is underway.
