Kathmandu, Oct.30: Nepal has set a target of 234 runs for the UAE in the ICC World Cup League 2 series.
Losing all 10 wickets on the final ball, Nepal finished their 50-over innings at 233 runs.
Batting first after winning the toss at the Dubai Academy, captain Paudel scored 109 runs, opener Ashif Sheikh added 35 runs, Arif Sheikh made 27 runs, and Dipendra Singh Airi made 23 runs. Karan KC scored 13 runs to contribute to the total, while the other batsmen could not add significant runs
For the UAE, Zahid Ali took four wickets, and Junaid Siddique claimed three wickets, while Muhammad Rohid and Haider Ali took one wicket each to restrict Nepal’s total.
