Kathmandu, Oct 24: Nepali Blind Women Cricket Team is to participate in the first edition of the Women's T20 World Cup Cricket for Blind 2025 to be held in India and Sri Lanka.
The women world cup is going to be organized for the first time in the history of blind cricket, informed the Cricket Association of the Blind-Nepal.
According to the Association, the first edition of the championship is to be held in India and Sri Lanka from coming November 11 to 23.
The championship will include participation from Nepal, India, Australia, the United States, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and England.
As per the match schedule released today, the opening of championship will take place with Nepal playing its first match against Sri Lanka. The match will take place on November 12.
Likewise, Nepal is scheduled to play against India on November 14. The Nepali team will compete against England on November 15 and the United States on November 16.
All these matches will be held in India. Afterwards, the Nepali team will travel to Sri Lanka to take on Australia on November 18 and Pakistan on November 19.
The final match of the championship is scheduled to take place in Colombo, Sri Lanka on November 23.(RSS)
