Chitwan, Oct 16: Coordinator of the CPN (Maoist Centre), Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', has said that the Socialist Front will be united soon.
Addressing a meeting with party cadres held here today, he shared that the process of unity among the parties in the Socialist Front has reached its final stage.
Coordinator Prachanda said, "This time, we will initiate unity among many leftist parties through the Socialist Front." He mentioned that they have moved forward with the plan to bring all leftist parties together.
The Maoist Centre Coordinator expressed the confidence that the unity among the parties in the Socialist Front would take place in a few days, and that this unity would begin the polarization of political parties, accumulate political power, and start the socialist revolution.
Former Prime Minister Prachanda referred to the youth movement recently organized through social media as a signal of 'new political consciousness,' suggesting that it aligns with the demands that the Maoists have been raising since the past.
He said, "The youth have raised demands against corruption. It is a matter of pride that the current generation is seeking to end corruption and pursue the path of good governance." (RSS)
