Simkot (Humla), Sept 20: Thukten Lhatar Tamang, 24, a permanent resident of Humla and currently living in Kathmandu has not come to contact for the last 11 days.
Tamang, an inhabitant of Namkha Rural Municipality-3, Khagalgaun in Humla and recently residing in Tinchuli, Kathmandu, had believably joined the Gen Z protests on September 8 and 9.
Father Tai Czhering said Thukten had returned to his room in Kathmandu after participating in the Gen Z protests on September 8.
Tamang, a hotel worker, had come to the room after his morning shift duty on September 9 and later went to join the protest following 2.00 pm.
Tamang has not returned to the apartment since the day he went to participate in the protests from Bouddha, his father informed.
His whereabouts has not been ascertained despite search in different places of Kathmandu for past 11 days.
Czhering has urged all sides concerned to search for his son who went missing after Gen Z protests. RSS
