Maoist Center marks 11th Constitution Day

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept 19: CPN (Maoist Center) held a ceremony to mark the 11^th Constitution Day today at its central party office in Paris Danda.

Speaking on the occasion, Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ said that voices of the oppressed regions and communities were brought to the Constituent Assembly (CA) by means of the People’s War (PW) as the CA was elected in the strength of the PW.

He said the new constitution in 2015 was promulgated despite facing external pressure against it.

Referring to the recent Gen Z revolt that toppled the government in the country, the former Prime Minister stated that the People’s War was initiated the continued by the people in their youths, like the Gen Z groups.
