Former President Bhandari stresses on utilizing energy, skill of new generation youths

Kathmandu, Sept 19: Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari has said that it is the need of the hour to focus on the journey of prosperity by utilizing the energy, creativity, knowledge and skill of the new generation and youths.

In the message of best wishes on the occasion of Constitution Day today, former President Bhandari mentioned, "Now, there is responsibility on the new generation and youths to run the country. Their energy, creativity, knowledge and skill should be utilized. It is the responsibility of all to positively accept their demands, pressure and aggression, and to utilize that for the welfare of the youths, country and the people."

Stating that political parties have equal responsibility to work hard to save the country from political instability and chaos, she stressed that all sides should be united to protect the constitution and strengthen democracy and the republic.

Former President Bhandari also paid tribute to all who lost their lives in different movements waged for democracy and republic as well as those who lost their lives during the Gen-Z protest on September 8 and 9. (RSS)
