Kathmandu, Sept 3: The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) under the Federal Parliament is scheduled to take place at 1:00 pm today.
In today's meeting of the Lower House, Speaker Devraj Ghimire will read out and present the letter received from the Office of the President regarding allocation of additional portfolio.
Similarly, there is an agenda to read out and present the letter received from the Office of the Prime Minister regarding allocation of additional portfolio.
In addition, Secretary at the House of Representatives Harka Raj Rai will table the 'Water Resources Bill' along with the message received from the National Assembly (NA).
Likewise, Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Development Ramnath Adhikari will present a proposal seeking consideration on the 'Nepal Veterinary Medicine (First Amendment) Bill, 2082'.
Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak will present a proposal seeking consideration of the HoR on the amendments made by the National Assembly to the 'Nepal Citizenship (Second Amendment) Bill, 2081'.
Furthermore, there is also a scheduled meeting of the NA's Federalism Enablement and National Concerns Committee. In the committee's meeting, discussions will be held over its annual report of the fiscal year 2081/82 and the draft of the annual action plan for the fiscal year 2082/83. (RSS)
