By TRN Online, Kathmandu, June 19: Top leaders of the ruling coalition Nepali Congress and the CPN (UML) have held meeting in line with discussing about parliament, government, and budget.

A strategy to break the stalled parliament and move forward with the budget discussion and the bill was discussed in the meeting held at the official residence of the Prime Minister at Baluwatar. 

The meeting was attended by Prime Minister and CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli, UML Vice-Chairman and Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel, Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, Vice President of Nepali Congress Purna Bahadur Khadka, Congress General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa, central members of NC, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, Foreign Minister Dr Arzu Rana Deuba, and Minister of Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation Deepak Khadka.

According to the Prime Minister's Secretariat, discussions have been held on making the government's work more effective, proceeding forward with important bills, including those on education, pending in Parliament for enactment, and to work in such a way that it addresses the complaints of people.
