Take precaution! People living nearby Bhotekoshi, Sunkoshi alerted

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, June 18: The district administration office (DAO) of Sindhupalchowk district has issued notice urging people living near the Sunkoshi and the Bhotekoshi Rivers to take precaution saying there is risk of flooding.

Referring to the notice received from Chinese Police office in Tibet about the forecasting of a heavy rainfall in that region for over four days starting from June 17 and that the Bhotekoshi River that flows from there would likely be swollen, the Sindhupalchowk DAO urged people to stay alert for the same reason, in areas of Bhotekoshi RM, Barhabise Municipality, Tripurasundari RM, Sunkoshi RM, Balefi RM and Chautara Sangachowkgdhi Municipality.
