Bridge constructed at Jhedi in Gulmi's Musikot Municipality
Gulmi, May 21 : The construction of the bridge connecting Badagaun, Ward No 3 and Bami, Ward No 7 of Musikot Municipality in the district has been completed.
The 56.30 metres long bridge over
the local Jhedi rivulet was constructed at a cost of Rs 51 million 750 thousand
665 received from the Swiss government, said engineer at the Local Roads Bridge
Programme, Shreeram Prajapati.
According to him, this design of
bridge is constructed at locations where it is difficult to build concrete
bridges.
This bridge was rebuilt with a new
design after it broke in 2076 BS and in 2077 BS. The state suffered damage when
the bridge broke. (RSS)
