NC leader Mahesh Kumar Kormocha passes away
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 17: Mahesh Kumar Kormocha, a leading figure in Nepal's democratic movement and leader of the Nepali Congress (NC), passed away on Friday. He hails from Okhaldhunga.
According to B&B Hospital, Kormocha, who was suffering from prostate problems, died of pneumonia.
He was close to BP Koirala and was involved in every movement of the Congress.
Leading leaders of the Congress have expressed their condolences on the death of Kormocha.
He left his job in the British Army and joined the democratic movement in Nepal.
