22 injured in Pokhara bus accident

By Fanindra Adhikari, Lekhnath, May 14: As many as 22 people have sustained injuries when a microbus met with an accident at Pokhara Metropolitan City-22, Kaski district on Wednesday afternoon. 

A micro microbus (Ga 1 Kha 3886) en route to Pokhara from the World Peace Pagoda overturned on the road, causing an accident. 

According to the Police, of the 22 injured, four are in serious condition. 

The injured are taken to the Gandaki Medical College, Pokhara, after a swift rescue. Most of the onboard passengers are of Indian nationality.

DSP Hari Bahadur Basnet of the District Police Office, Kaski, said that of the 22 injured, four are in serious condition and four other passengers on board have not sustained any injury.
