victims.
The campaign had started on 25 February from Kachankebal in Jhapa.
Initially it was thought that the campaign will conclude in a month. But political developments forced the Maoist party to pause it for some time.
"We had
to pause Campaign staged demonstration in Kathmandu to safeguard republic
system as a counter to the monarchist ill intention to undo the democratic
system," said Chairman Prachanda while addressing the mass assembly in
Bhimadatta Nagar.

build and speed of construction of Postal Highway was initiated during my
premiership in 2008, said Prachanda, that's why we chose this area also to highlight
the need of development here, said Prachanda, also the former Prime Minister, while addressing the meeting.
Campaign was a chance for us to listen to the people, their daily life, occupational, professional, development related problems while we took direct note of different industries, he said, our party has now connected with the people more closely.
