Kathmandu, April 12: 'Samjhanaka Phoolharu', a memoir by former Secretary Shankar Prasad Pandey, has been launched in the federal capital today.
Former Chief Judge Sushila Karki released the book amidst a programme.
The writer, through the book, has shared his experiences while serving in the sectors of physical infrastructure, environmental conservation, nation's diplomacy, education and administrative services.
He also remembered his experiences while installing the statue of Mahakavi Laxmi Prasad Devkota in Lhasa of China.
On the occasion, former Chief Justice said the writer had done justice to the readers by sharing issues relating to the state affairs and other relevant areas.
Poet Prahlad Pokhrel said the book is worth reading for both old and new generations.
Kathmandu metropolis ward -17 Chair Rojina Shrestha commented that the book is an informative text on Nepali public service. (RSS)
