Classic Music evening in Kathmandu

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, June 7: Narjyoti Sanjeet Pathsala organized classical music programme.

The programme was organized for promotion and protection of Nepali Classical Music. Himalayan Sitar played sitar in the programme. Thakur Chhatkulli supported him with tabala.

Singer Babin Dhungana presented classical song. Ajay Chaudhary supported him with tabala and Sanjeev Aale with his harmonium. 

Himalayan Sitar said that an opportunity provided by this institution is big encouragement. This kind of event is essential to encourage youth towards classical music. 

This institution which is under the leadership of senior classical singer and guru Prabhuraj Dhakal has embraced Guru-Sisya (Teacher-student) culture.
