By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar 17: A Nepali film Draupadi has been selected for the Papa International Historical Film Festival which is slated to be held from April 23-27 in Hungary.
Draupadi is being screened across Nepal from coming Friday, 21 March.
Rishi Raj Acharya, director and writer of the film, shared his
happiness over the selection of Draupadi in the reputed internal film festival
saying optimum efforts have been made to produce Draupadi as it is an organic
Nepali movie.
Shot in word known Shey-Phoksundo lake in mountainous Dolpa district
and other naturally beautiful places of Karnali, Draupadi showcases organic
story of the region in captivating natural beauty.
It took four years to prepare the script of the film, said director
Acharya.
