Conference of Women Judges from Monday

Kathmandu, March 9: The Conference of Women Judges-2081 BS is set to be organised here on Monday, coinciding with the International Day of Women Judges.     

Chief Judge Prakashman Singh Raut will inaugurate the event which will be participated by 60 people including former chief justices and judges and existing women judges from the supreme, high and district courts, it is said.     

According to SC judge Sapana Pradhan Malla, the event is expected to provide a platform for sharing experiences and professional challenges of women judges, and exploring potential approaches for management of their issues.     

It will be also centered on the enhancement of professional competency of women judges.(RSS)
