Buddha Air aircraft lands safely without a front wheel

Kathmandu, March 6: A Buddha Air aircraft that left Janakpur for Kathmandu has landed without one of the two front wheels.     

The plane landed safely at the Tribhuvan International Airport without one of its two front wheels, shared TIA General Manager Jagannath Niraula. "Though it is not a major problem an investigation has been initiated on the matter of the missing wheel," he said.     

Meanwhile, Buddha Air Information Officer Dipendra Karna said that the aircraft with call sign 9N-A NH on a Janakpur to Kathmandu flight landed safely. The plane has been handed over to the technical team after a technical fault was detected in the aircraft, Karna said.(RSS)
