By Anil Parajuli, Hetauda, Mar.5: The body of a newborn baby with placenta attached was found in the Manhari of West of Makwanpur District on Tuesday evening.
According to the District Police Office Makwanpur, the body of a newborn baby (daughter) was found at the dumping site of Manhari Rural Municipality-7.
The police team led by police inspector Bishal Sapkota from the Area police office Manhari is investigating the case.
According to the police, it is believed that the newborn baby girl was born a couple of days ago and dumped there.
According to the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of the District Police Office, Makawanpur, Shyamu Aryal, the incident is under investigation.
The dead body of a newborn baby was found near the Manhari river in Ramauli Bangetol of Manhari rural municipality 7 of Makwanpur last year on March.
