Morang, Feb 21: General Secretary of the Nepali Congress (NC) Gagan Kumar Thapa claimed NC has remained as a responsible party to mutually connect all castes and ethnicities of the country.

Inaugurating an interaction programme on 'Contribution of youth in nation-building and fact-based publicity campaign' organized by the Nepali Congress Information, Communication and Publicity Department in Biratnagar today, Thapa clarified that the NC is the largest national party in the country that upholds the identity and dignity of all castes and ethnicities.

The NC General Secretary noted that the NC had shouldered up the responsibility from the past to the present to find an appropriate solution of various problems seen in the country keeping it away from the excitement and momentary benefits.

He urged the cadres to go to the people with the achievements of the works carried out in the last three years in view of the upcoming elections in 2084 BS.

He claimed that the NC-led government had achieved circular economic activities in the country by privatizing the loss-making government-owned and run industries from 2048 to 2051 BS.

On the occasion, Assistant General Secretary Bhishmaraj Angdambe urged the government to form a ministry-level dialogue committee to resolve the problem seen in Pathibhara.

Department Coordinator Min Biswokarma urged the cadres to be studious and tech-savvy to end the situation of rumour being created against the party.

On the occasion Chief Editor of bahrakharionline Hari Bahadur Thapa and Chief of Ratna Rajya Campus Department of Journalism Jagat Nepal had presented working papers.
