One dies after falling off cliff

32-year-old Rajkumar Pakhrin of Naliban, Thaha Municipality -5, Makwanpur died after falling from a cliff on Wednesday night.

District Police Office Makwanpur said that Raj Kumar on the way home after attending the wedding ceremony of the daughter of his father-in-law Amar Bahadur Thing of Damgarhi, Thaha Municipality-8, stopped to buy cigarettes at Parvati Gole's lunch house located in Thaha-7 Bhatti Danda and went to urinate behind the same lunch house where he fell from a cliff and died.

He died after falling around 200 meters down from the cliff. 

The investigation team, under the command of Police Inspector Sabin Babu Aryal from Police Office Palung, reached the spot and completed the preliminary investigation including preparing the report and sending the body to Hetauda Hospital for post-mortem.

According to the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of the District Police Office, Makawanpur, Shyamu Aryal, further investigation into the matter is underway.
