One arrested for assault on doctor

By Avinash Chaudhary, Dhangadhi, Feb.17: A person who attacked a doctor employed at Seti Provincial Hospital in Kailali has been arrested.

According to the District Police Office, 24-year-old Krishna Rana of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City -13 was arrested. 

Rana, a visitor of a patient, attacked Dr Bed Prakash Bhatta this morning. 

 According to District Police Office spokesperson Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Kavindra Singh Bohara, Krishna, who was sitting at the bedside of his sick father, attacked the doctor while he was leaving after examining the patient.

District police office said that Dr. Bhatt received a mouth injury while his glasses were broken during the attack.
