Kathmandu, Feb 11: All the preparations for the International Women's Football Tournament have completed, according to the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA).
At a news conference organized here today, ANFA Spokesperson Suresh Shah shared that the tournament, going to be organized for the first time, would run from February 17-24. A total of four countries—Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar and Lebanon are participating in the tournament.
The tournament would be organized in Tripureshwor-based Dasharath Stadium. The ticket price for the tournament has been fixed at 1,000 for VIP parapet and Rs 500 for normal parapet.
The participating teams would use Satdobato-based ANFA ground and Bhadrakali-based ground of Nepali Army for practice, shared ANFA. The estimated cost for the tournament is around Rs 25 million, according to the organizer.(RSS)
