Man on Interpol Red Notice arrested from Oman
Kathmandu, Jan 23: A fugitive convicted in human trafficking case has been arrested from Oman.
He is Binod Paudel from Badhaiyatal rural municipality in Bardiya and lately a resident of Tokha municipality-3 in Kathmandu, according to Nepal Police Spokesperson and Deputy Inspector of Police Dinesh Kumar Acharya.
Earlier, the Nepal Police had issued the Red Corner Notice against him in Interpol. He was arrested in Oman and deported to Nepal on Wednesday. He has been already handed to the squad from the Anti-Human Trafficking Bureau for further action.(RSS)
