Dr Bhusal entrusted as acting chief of NDRRMA
Kathmandu, Jan 19: Joint Secretary at the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA) Dr Bhishma Kumar Bhusal as the executive chief for time being.
He has been entrusted with the responsibility of acting executive chief until further arrangement as per the decision of the Home Minister level on January 17.
Dr Bhusal has been given the responsibility as per the rule 5 (c) of the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Regulations, 2076 BS. The process of appointing a new executive chief has begun after the tenure of executive chief Anil Pokharel ended on December 16.(RSS)
