Gandaki Province Chief certifies ordinance

Gandaki, Dec 27: The Chief of the Gandaki Province, Dilli Raj Bhatta, certified the Gandaki Province Civil Service (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 on Friday. 

The Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Gandaki Province, had, on Wednesday, sent the ordinance to the Office of the Province Chief for its authentication.     

Province Chief Bhatta has certified the ordinance in accordance with Article 202 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, spokesman of the Office of the Province Chief, Rameshwar Aryal stated in a press note he issued today.     

The Gandaki Province Government and Council of Ministers passed the ordinance on amending the Province Civil Service Act on December 24. (RSS)
