Truck plunges into Trishuli, three rescued

By Murari Adhikari, Dhading, Nov.19: A truck has fallen into the Trishuli River FROM Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality -10 of Khayerghari in Dhading under Prithvi Highway.

According to the police, three people have been rescued from the accident site. 

A truck with a registration number (Lu 2 Kha 250) en route to Kathmandu from Nawalparasi fell into the Trishuli River. 

According to Police Inspector Prahlad Silwal of the District Police Office, Dhading, 27-year-old Ashish Mahato of Nawalparasi (West), 26-year-old co-driver Raju Thapa River, and truck owner Suresh Gurung, 46, of Khairahani Municipality, have been rescued. 

Further investigation into the matter is underway.
