By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov 17: Nepal Telecom has started the use of robot service to upgrade customer service.
A robot service named AI Jack has been started at NTC Office Sundhara said Office Chief Dinesh Chandra Panthi.
According to him, daily 200 to 300 service providers visit the office and due to a lack of staff service was delayed.
"Now we expect the robot will make work easy" Chief Panthi said "From inquiry to NTC service robot will give answers to about 600 questions."
