RSS Editor bereaved of father
Kathmandu, Nov 9: Senior Editor at Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) Avilasha Pokharel has been bereaved of her father. Her father, Devi Pokharel passed away at his residence in Dang last night.
He was suffering from diabetes since long and undergoing kidney dialysis of late. The 74-year-old is survived by his wife, a daughter and two sons.
Also elder brother of CPN-UML General Secretary, Shankher Pokharel, the late Pokharel was also involved in politics and affiliated to various social organisations.
His last rites will be performed in Dang later this afternoon, according to the family sources.(RSS)
