PM Oli speaking the Sisnopani Deusi programme

Kathmandu, Oct 31: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has reiterated government's pledge to ensure economic prosperity in the country.

Addressing the Sisnopani Deusi programme-2081 organized at Nepal Academy in the federal capital on Thursday, Oli said the government was working actively to secure development and prosperity.

"Various positive works have been carried out in the country. It is not a day's work to build a country. Development activities have gained pace," he said, reminding the audience that the opponents were only criticizing. So, it is time for all to work in unison and have positive thoughts, he underlined.

According to the PM, if comments are made in a decent and factual way, it reflects Nepali civilization and culture. "Not invectives but decent communication counts," he reminded, arguing that complaints are entertained, but the way it is expressed needs a cultured manner.

PM Oli further vowed that the government would keep intact the nationality. "Government intensifies works as per people's expectation."

Oli also urged the audience not to stoke the issue of entrepreneur Min Bahadur Gurung's assistance to build the UML party office.

On the occasion, he extended best wishes to all Nepali citizens on the occasion of the Shuva Deepawali.

The Deusi programme organized by Sisnopani Nepal was attended by dignitaries, including Speaker Devraj Ghimire, Chairman of the National Assembly, Narayan Dahal, former prime ministers and ministers.
