Tourists elated to receive Dashain tika in Bandipur

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct 13: Foreign tourists in visits of Bandipur of Tanahu felt excited when they received Dashain tika on Saturday, the main day of Dashain tika.

Hotelier Baish Gurung offered Dashain tike and Jamara to tourists staying at Hotel Himalaya in Bandipur.

Tourists felt excited while receiving tika. They were eager to know about Nepal’s rituals, arts and cultures. We informed them about Dashain upon their inquiry about it, said Gurung, owner of the Hotel Himalaya.

Arrival of foreign tourists has increased with Dashain as it is the season for foreign tourists to visit Bandipur, said the hotelier. (translated from RSS Nepali news)
