UML draws govt attention to focus on road safety and control inflation

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept 27:The ruling coalition CPN (UML) has drawn the government's attention to focus on road safety and monitoring market.  

 The UML has asked the government to arrange for supply of food and travelling necessary in the festival.  

Receiving the Memorandum from the Central Disaster Management and Volunteer Service Department of UML, the acting Prime Minister and the minister for urban development, Prakash Man Singh has said that the government has been working to deliver the services to people. He also said that the government is determined for food security, road safety and transport management.  

The acting PM said “The government has been looking forward to monitoring the market to ensure quality items and food” He also informed that the minister for physical infrastructure and transport has been talking with transporters to start special bus service.  

Submitting the memorandum UML leader and head of the Central Disaster Management and Volunteer Service Department, Khimalal Bhattrai has said that UML want to drawn the attention of the government to focus on making  necessary arrangement require to the people during Dashain, Tihar, Chhat, Eid, Nepal Sambat. 

The UML leader has demanded that government to intensify the maintenance of the damaged road, make arrangement for means of travel, mobilize security and traffic.
