Govt for national progress: Minister Bhandari

Mahottari, Aug 23: Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security, Sharad Singh Bhandari, has said that the current government was formed for country's progress so that it would wipe out public frustration.     

In a discussion on Employment Permit System (EPS) organized by the Foreign Employment Department in Bardibas, Mahottari, on Friday Minister Bhandari mentioned that the government was focusing on achieving political stability as well.     

"Public trust has upped in government which needs to inspire political parties to spur development activities," said Minister Bhandari.     

While saying that the number of Madhesi youths opting for foreign employment is significant, he viewed it is however largely concentrated to the Gulf countries and Malaysia.     

Secretary at the Ministry, Mukunda Prasad Niraula, informed youths about the Korean Language Test, which is mandatory for Nepalis who want to go to South Korea through EPS.     

Even the Ministers at province government addressed the programme, underscoring safety in foreign employment and wise of remittance.(RSS)
