Suren’s Salleri Pakhaharu wins two awards

The song, which mixed traditional Nepali folk music with modern pop, won both the 4th Himalayan International Award and the 5th Genius Music Award, making it a standout hit this year.

Salleri Pakhaharu tells a touching story of love and loss. Emotions of a heartbroken boy after losing his girlfriend, is shocked to see her as a ghost. Gautam's voice and emotional singing brought the story to life, making it a song that deeply connects with listeners and viewers.

Gautam’s blend of old and new music styles has created a sound that feels both familiar and fresh. 

Two different awards for the same song in the same year highlight Gautam’s talent and growing influence in the music world. Salleri Pakhaharu is a big step forward in his career, showing his skill in mixing folk and modern music. 

Gautam is known for popular fusion songs like  Pirati Lari Lai, Reshami Parda Le Chhekena, Dui Najar, Chhekyo Danda Kuhirole, Baa Aakash Hun and Sadhai-Sadhai among others.
