Sudurpashchim CM Shah to seek trust vote on Wednesday

By Avinash Chaudhary, Dhangadhi, Aug 12: The Chief Minister of Sudurpashchim Kamal Bahadur Shah is set to seek a vote of confidence on August 14 on Wednesday. 

According to the personal secretary of the CM Ram Bista, Shah will be taking a vote of confidence in the Province assembly on August 14 at 11 AM. 

CM Shah, supported by the CPN-UML and Nagarik Unmukti Party, holds a comfortable majority.  He was appointed CM on August 4.

There is a provision for the CM appointed as per Article 168 (2) of the Constitution to take the vote of confidence in the provincial assembly within 30 days of being CM.
