Rupandehi ranks best

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug.8: The District Administration Office, Rupandehi, has been marked as the best in the work progress report in the fiscal year 2080/81.

Of the 77 districts, Ruadekhi ranks the highest at 98 points, followed by Palpa with 97.75 and Baglung ranks third with 97.62 points. Dhanusha has been ranked the lowest with 76.25 points.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has made a report on the performance of the four quarterly reports made public. The progress is evaluated on a 100-point mark.  

According to the Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs Narayan Prasad Bhattarai, the report is published yearly and Rupandehi has been marked the best for the fiscal year 2080/81.

There is a provision by the Chief District Officer to make an agreement for the yearly.

According to the report, the least achievers are marked as Dhanusha, Udayapur and Dailkeh.

Udayapur ranks 76 with 79.25 points and  Dailekh ranks 75 with 79.68.
