Sujata Subba wins Mrs National title

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, July 10: The grand finale of the married women’s beauty pageant, 'The Mrs National 2024,' concluded in Kathmandu recently. 

 Sujata Subba from Ilam won the second edition of the pageant organised by Krijona Media Group.

Subba, a fashion designer, also won the Best Figure competition. 

Manju Acharya was declared the first runner-up in the competition held at Rastriya Nachaghar in Jamal, with the slogan ‘Empower women, empower the nation.’

 Acharya also won the co-category of ‘Most Energetic’.

 Manjil Ranjitkar won the titles of ‘Most Popular’ and ‘Most Elegant’, along with the second runner-up position.

 In the finale, 16 married women competed.

 Anita Mandal Lama Dong was declared the winner of the ‘Viewer’s Choice’ and ‘Most Photogenic’ awards while Sharmila Tamrakar won ‘Mrs. Ambassador’, and Anjana Bhattarai was named ‘Most Charismatic Companion’.

The judges for the competition were model Deepak Ghimire, fashion designer Minu Shrestha, and international Zumba trainer Pratima Shrestha.

 The event was choreographed by Lovin Ansari.
