Eight injured in Tilottama microbus accident

By Kapil Gyawali, Siddharthanagar, July 9: A microbus heading towards Bhairahawa from Butwal of Rupandehi District met with an accident at Tilottama of Rupandehi.

The microbus with a registration number (Lu 2 Kha 2792) heading from Butwal towards Bhairahawa went out of control at Shankar Nagar, Tilottama -2 and overturned. 

According to the Police Station at Drivertole, out of the 16 people on board, eight were injured in the accident. of the wight injured, the co-driver of the microbus is seriously injured other seven are just slightly injured. 

The driver is taken under control and further investigation is underway. 

According to the Police, it is speculated from the preliminary investigation that the overspeeding may have led to an accident.  

The police arrested the driver and started the investigation. The police said from the preliminary investigation that the accident may have happened due to high speed.
